Together, we'll break down fundamental poses, explore healthy movement patterns, and discuss modifications that honor your unique body. You'll also learn basic yoga terminology, breathing techniques, and simple alignment principles that can help prevent injury and enhance your overall practice.
This is not about being flexible or "good" at yoga—it's about understanding your body, cultivating awareness, and creating a strong foundation for a lifelong practice.

E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, RCYT®, YACEP® yoga instructor and the founder of YOUnalome Yoga. For the past several years, I've had the privilege of guiding hundreds of students through yoga classes and private sessions, helping them discover that yoga is about so much more than flexibility—it's about understanding your body, connecting with your breath, and moving with confidence.
One of my greatest passions is making yoga approachable and accessible for every body. I love breaking down postures, explaining the "why" behind the practice, and empowering students with the knowledge they need to feel safe, supported, and confident both on and off the mat.
I wasn't always the strongest or most confident person in the room. Yoga became a place where I learned to trust my body, quiet my mind, and reconnect with myself—and it's my hope that this workshop helps you begin or deepen that same journey.
