Off Track? Maybe You're Right Where You’re Meant to Be.
It’s Friday.
And if I’m being honest?
I feel a little… off.
Not broken. Not failing.
Just… off.
You know the feeling — like something’s slightly misaligned like your rhythm is just a half-step behind the beat of the day. Maybe it’s physical. Maybe it’s emotional. Maybe you can’t even name it.
But then, I stumbled across this quote by Jamie Varon:
“If you feel ‘off track,’ please remember there is no track.”
Yes. That part.
We spend so much time believing that we’re supposed to be on some invisible track — one clear, linear path marked with constant productivity, progress, and peace.
But life doesn’t work that way.
Healing doesn’t work that way.
Growth doesn’t work that way.
We don’t work that way.
Life is not a perfectly plotted highway. It’s a winding trail of detours, pauses, unexpected turns, and moments that ask us to just be rather than do. And when we try to measure our worth by how much we’re accomplishing — or how “on track” we feel — we miss the deeper invitation:
To be present.
So if your energy feels a little wobbly today, I want you to know: you’re not alone.
I’m right here with you.
Let’s give ourselves permission to trade perfection for presence — to move gently, drink water, take a deep breath, and honor exactly where we are.
It’s enough. You’re enough.
If your spirit’s a little tender, your focus a little fuzzy, or your heart just needs a moment of grace — this is your invitation to soften.
Let’s hold space for each other in both the mess and the magic.
Drop a “me too” if this resonates. Let’s remind each other: the path we’re on, however twisty, is still the path.
