In March 2017, Elsa began a transformative journey when she first stepped onto her yoga mat. That moment became a sanctuary—a sacred space to navigate profound loss, grief, and trauma, offering healing and solace. What began as a personal 100-day challenge blossomed into a deep passion for yoga, helping her push physical, mental, and emotional boundaries while reigniting her competitive spirit.

By October 2018, Elsa took her practice to the next level, joining a vibrant community of yogis for Hatha 26+2 200HR RYT training at Thavma Premium Hot Yoga in Bradenton, FL. Despite challenges like self-doubt, she embraced the experience wholeheartedly, cultivating a deeper love for herself and the yoga community. Today, her classes are infused with compassion, offering students a path to healing through mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation.

In 2021, during the global pandemic, Elsa expanded her expertise, earning her 95HR children’s yoga certification through YAY! Youth Alliance Yoga in Chicago, IL. She now brings her passion to young minds by teaching seasonal kids’ yoga classes and private lessons at the Yoga Barre in Lakewood Ranch, FL.

Driven by a commitment to ongoing growth, Elsa completed her 300HR advanced teacher training at Heartwood Yoga Institute & Retreat Center in Bradenton, FL, achieving 500HR RYT status with Yoga Alliance. There, she delved deeper into Advanced Postures, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Chair, and Senior Yoga. She can be found leading weekly Sculpt and Flow, and Yoga Flow classes weekly at the Yoga Barre.

In 2024, Elsa expanded her focus by becoming a certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss Coach. With a special emphasis on helping women navigate the challenges of menopause, Elsa is dedicated to guiding her clients toward strength, confidence, and empowerment. By combining her knowledge of yoga, wellness, and fitness, she offers holistic support to women in this transformative phase of life, helping them embrace their potential and thrive.
