Your weekend begins Thursday with a gentle Grounding Yoga session, helping you release travel stress and settle into the retreat space. Each day unfolds with a carefully curated practice—sunrise flows, slow fusion classes, yoga sculpt, sound baths, and restorative yin—designed to balance strength and softness, movement and stillness, light and rest. Every practice is woven to align with the rhythm of the retreat, leaving you centered, refreshed, and renewed.

Fresh, flavorful meals are prepared with love to fuel your body and uplift your spirit. All breakfasts, fresh juices, snacks, water, and coffee are included. You’ll enjoy a host-prepared community dinner on Thursday and a farm-to-table feast on Saturday, with concierge options for Friday’s dinner and midday lunches. Dietary needs are joyfully accommodated—and yes, dessert is part of the experience (s’mores included!).
